Bio

I am a composer and musician born in Colombia and based in Vienna, Austria. Since my childhood I learned to play piano, saxophone, drums, violin and have been part of different choirs throughout my life, starting with the Vienna Boys Choir, the choirs of the Vienna Choir School and the 'Neue Wiener Stimmen'. Later on I discovered my passion for film and composition and my first experience as a film composer was for an Austrian film that went on to be screened at the Diagonale film festival in Graz. Though I enjoy filmmaking, my focus is on contributing to films the best way I can, which is creating the music.

After having graduated in Theater, Film and Media studies at the University of Vienna I embarked on the Master's degree at the Film Scoring Academy of Europe, in which I had the opportunity to work with three different directors for the films 'Her', 'One Last Laugh' and 'Bird and Whale'.

During my academic journey, I studied under Conrad Pope, Christopher Young, Dr. Andy Hill and have had masterclasses with James Newton Howard, Danny Elfman, David Newman, Austin Wintory and Pedro Eustache.
